BizTech is founded by a group of IT Professionals, all with more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry, worked for and/or with many international top notch companies, which depends on IT for their competitive edge or which provides such solutions. These are well known companies such as GE, Citibank, IBM, DBS, BMC and many other companies around the region.
BizTech offer independent consultancy services to small and medium companies (SMEs), with the objective of allowing such companies to leverage on IT for their competitiveness and ensuring that IT within the company is well managed, in terms of effectiveness and cost.
We aim to be a partner for these SMEs that want to have a formal IT management function, and see IT playing an important and critical role for the business.

What Are Some of the Common Challenges Facing SMEs?
- IT is usually not well managed, or is subsumed under another function, usually Finance/Admin. This is usually due to cost.
- Ability to achieve significant cost-savings through detailed analysis.
- Ability to truly understand and define users’ requirements.
- Ability to acquire the right technology and using it effectively.
- No feel of whether the IT processes or functions are really working effectively
- Desktops Management are usually ignored or depend on user which are either not given proper guidelines or guidelines are not enforced proactively

- Understanding, Defining and Documentation of new business or user requirements
- Source and evaluate solutions from solution providers. Present options and recommendation for selection, based on cost and business fit.

What We Do Not Provide?
We provide purely IT advisory and management services. We do not create or resell any products, and thus are not biased in our evaluation and recommendation.
However, we do work closely with a number of providers, whom we constantly review to ensure that they provide valuable and satisfactory services to their customers, and which we could recommend as an option for consideration if required.
